    Thanks for your good sermon on the Bible.

    Just this past week I happened to read what I had written in my personal journal in September 1960: “It was a great thrill last evening to read a little book called ‘The Bible in World Evangelism’ by A.M. Chirgwin. It made me feel toward the Bible as I have not felt for a long time.”

    Chirgwin was long associated with the London Missionary Society, and the book was first published in 1954. But as I remember it, the book contains much that resonates with your sermon.

    You’re welcome. I haven’t heard of that book or author, sounds interesting though.
